Torero Industrial Sales is now Representing QSM (Quality Service & Machining). QSM Quality Service and Machining, Inc. (QSM) is a De Pere, Wisconsin based machining company that operates out of a 45,500 square foot facility in which it manufactures OEM components for industries spanning from food, to infrastructure, to general commercial, to oil and gas, to medical and aerospace.
